Analisis Konflik pada Tokoh Utama dan Citraan dalam Novel Selamat Tinggal Karya Tere Liye dan Novel Salah Asuhan Karya Abdoel Moeis

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the conflict in the main character and imagery which includes: 1) intrinsic elements of the novel, 2) Id, Ego, Superego, and Eros Thanatos, 3) Implementation of literary works in learning Indonesian. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using a literary psychology approach. The results of the study concluded that there is a conflict in the Main Character and Imagery in the Novel, this is evidenced by the discovery of intrinsic elements of the novel such as: theme, characters, plot, characterization, setting, point of view, language style, and morals, in the novel selamat selamat tinggal found 21 Id, 19 ego, 14 superego, and in the novel salah asuhan found 12 Id, 5 ego, 6 superego, 11 eros and Thanatos. The intrinsic elements in the novel Selamat Tinggal by Tere Liye and the Novel Salah Asuhan by Abdoel Moeis can be implemented as teaching materials in vocational high school class XII.
